Do I need to fill separate form for each applicant

Yes, every applicant has to fill separate form who is applying for Pakistani visa. In case of minor(s)/Child(ren) separate form has be filled.

Do I need to present in-person if I applied for visa

No, any one can bring the paper work on applicant’s behalf if applying in person, it is not mandatory to present the applicant in-person.

Do I need to make separate money order or cashier check for each applicant to pay visa fee

No, In case of multiple applicant single money order or cashier check for the total amount (visa fee per application times number of applicants)is acceptable.

Do I need visa if I have valid NICOP/POC

No, if you have a valid NICOP/POC then you can travel to Pakistan on US or other country’s passport. NICOP/POC will serve as visa to Pakistan.

Do I need visa if I have valid CNIC

Yes, if you have even valid CNIC you still need visa for Pakistan if you travel on US/other country’s passport.

Do I need fresh visa on renewed passport even if old visa is still valid

No, if you already have valid Pakistani visa on the old US/Other country’s passport then you can travel to Pakistan by keeping both passports together provided that particulars on both passports are same and not changed.

NICOP/POC

For new, renewal and modification of NICOP/POC can only be applied online at https://id.nadra.gov.pk/. The physical applications are not accepted at consulate.
