Consul General Tariq Karim visited the APPNA (Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent of North America) Headquarters in Westmont, Illinois, where he attended APPNA National Health Fair Day/Health Clinic.
In his interaction, the Consul General lauded the generous contribution made by APPNA for flood affected people in Pakistan and reiterated his call that urgent and sustained assistance by the international community and Pakistani Diaspora/organizations was needed to respond to this enormous challenge induced by climate-change.
