REQUIREMENTS/STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPS) FOR RESUMPTION OF PAKISTANI CITIZENSHIP BY DUAL NATIONALS
- Appointment in “Other” category to visit the Mission (Click for Appointment).
- Application on Form “Y” to be attested by the Mission (Click to Download).
- Original Renunciation Certificate of Pakistani citizenship.
- Copy of Pakistani Passport, POC/ CNIC /NICOP.
- Copy of foreign Citizenship Certificate /Naturalization Certificate/ Foreign Passport.
- Fee $20 payable through Credit/Debit Card
- Five passport-size-coloured photographs, one to be attested by the Mission.
- A notarized affidavit confirming that all information provided are correct.
- In case of loss of the original renunciation certificate, a Lost Police Report.
- The applicant shall submit confirmation from foreign authorities that their foreign citizenship is intact and has not been revoked or withdrawn.
