Consul General Tariq Karim attended Human Development Foundation (HDF) annual event held in Napervile, Illinois. The event was attended by a large number of community members and philanthropists. Speaking at the occasion, the Consul General appreciated the HDF for their projects and services dedicated to welfare of the people of Pakistan, especially in the areas of education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and economic development. While appreciating their 25 years of dedicated work, he encouraged the HDF and members of the Pakistani-American community to continue to play their active role in the socio-economic development of Pakistan.
