Consul General Tariq Karim attended the Annual Iftar event, hosted by Pakistan-descent Physicians Society (PPS), alongwith elected officials and members of Pakistani-American community.
Speaking on the occasion, the Consul General appreciated the contribution of PPS for their charitable and capacity building work over the years, both in the US and Pakistan, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. He encouraged the Pakistani-American community and professionals to continue to play their active role in the socio-economic development of the two countries, especially through exchange of ideas, expertise and technology.
