Consul General Tariq Karim inaugurated a photo exhibition at the Consulate to observe Youm-e-Istehsal (August 05, 2022). The occasion marked the completion of three years of India’s illegal and unilateral actions in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
Speaking to the visitors, the Consul General stated that Youm-e-Istehsal was being observed to express solidarity with the oppressed people of IIOJK and draw attention to the blatant measures taken by India since August 5, 2019. He also highlighted various aspects of the Jammu & Kashmir dispute and the aggravating human rights and humanitarian violations in IIOJK, as depicted in the exhibition.
