Consul General Tariq Karim visited Northwest Suburban College (NWSC ), today. He was received by Dr. M. T. AliNiazee, President & Chief Academic Officer, and board members of the College including Mr. Talat Rashid. They briefed the Consul General about the history of the institution and various academic programs being offered there and said that the College was providing accelerated and practical learning facilities to a diverse enrollment. The Consul General also visited various academic departments and museum.
During his interaction, the Consul General appreciated the management of NWSC for establishing such a quality institution of high learning. He lauded the valuable contributions being made by the College in providing affordable education to the community and the role it was playing in socio-economic development of the society. While briefing the Board members on his elaborate agenda to further promote ties between Pakistan and the U. S. Midwest, the Consul General highlighted the need for closer cooperation in the field of education and technical training and academic exchanges.
