The Consulate General organized a solemn event to mark the Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir, today.
Consul General Tariq Karim, in his remarks, stated that Youm-e-Istehsal was being observed to mark three years since Indian illegal and unilateral actions of 5 August 2019 in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support and solidarity with the people of IIOJA. He also highlighted the aggravating human rights and humanitarian situation in IIOJK.
The 2-day photo exhibition, highlighting grave human rights and humanitarian situation in the IIOJK, was visited by a large number of people today. A special documentary on Youm-e-Istehsal was also screened.
