Consul General Tariq Karim met with U.S. Congressman Brad Schneider at his Office in Lincolnshire (IL), to explore ways to expand Pak-US partnership in diverse fields.
During the meeting, the two discussed a range of issues related to bilateral relations and role of the vibrant Pakistani-American community. The Consul General briefed him about Pakistan’s growing economic partnership and people-to-people contacts with the Midwest region. He also thanked the Congressman for his support. They agreed to continue their engagements on shared priorities to further enhance bilateral partnership, while acknowledging the important bridge-building role of the Pakistani-American community.
