Consul General attends OPEN-Chicago business networking event

Consul General Tariq Karim attended the business networking event of OPEN-Chicago (Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs) in Naperville, Il.

 

Speaking on the occasion, the Consul General lauded the role of OPEN-Chicago and its members in promoting entrepreneurship and professional excellence. He underlined economic diplomacy as one of his key priorities to advance mutually beneficial trade and economic partnership between Pakistan and the U.S. Midwest region, while briefing the participants about various events and initiatives undertaken by the Consulate. The Consul General highlighted the enormous potential and opportunities offered by Pakistan in various sectors and encouraged the participants to play a greater role in promoting investment, innovation, technology transfer and entrepreneurship in Pakistan.
